Msconfig Window Keeps poping up at startup!!

When ever I start up my computer the msconfig windows loads, even when i
press the check mark box. I did what it said in the window. How do I make
sure it doesn't load up again?

In Msconfig,when exitting choose cancel to close out.

Is it the dialogue box that says there was changes made and has a small checkbox that says put a checkmark here not to show again on opening?

Thanks for the advice but it keeps poping up even if i press cancel to close
out. The MSCONFIG window will always open up like I change something in
MSCONFig everytime I use my computer.

The MSCONFIG window will still appear the next time I restart my computer
even though I check the box.

Can this problem be tied to my registry? I have no clue. Any Help will be
