MSconfig - empty lines

Does anyone have a solution for ridding MSConfig of "empty lines" (which
aren't checked)
but I would like to know how to remove these strange entries !

thank you however - that (autocadaddremovefix.vbs) did not work ! - I am
referring to the System Configuration utility and not Add/Remove in Ctl
Pnl - any further suggestions

I have also also tried Line 148 (Clear Disabled Items from Msconfig Startup) which offered to remove all but the empty lines !!
