I type MSConfig and it was close suddenly. I tried again i got the same

Microsoft has an update for the System Configuration utility - KB906569.

If you have a virus or or infection, that is something you need to address.
Otherwise if your computer is fine, perhaps installing this update from
Microsoft will somehow reset the System Configuration utility. Hey, it's
worth a shot.
