I was checking my system information and found msblast.exe is in there.
This is the place where I found it :

System Information > Software Environment > Startup Programs > (program)
windows auto update, (command) msblast.exe

I knew that this file is a kind of virus and should be cleaned from the
system. Am I right?

You need to get yourself an up to date virus checker. You cannot clean
virsuses by hand when they appear there are too many of them.
