I have installed the hotfix on 7 W2K servers and on 2
server it doesn't ask for a reboot nor does the hot fix
show in the Add and Remove program window. However it does
indicate that the fix was successful. Any ideas?

I have the registry entry however there is no
uninstallcommand key nor is there a $ntUninstall folder
for KB823980...any ideas?

I suggest you read the MS KB-Article 823980 and verify using the
instructions there if the patch is installed.
