Firstly, I am totally lost except when word processing
and computer lingo totally, totaly baffles me. Does
anyone do a "complete idiot" glossary?

My problem is I have "msbb is trying to gain access" and
am being told by Norton Security to block it - which I
have been doing continually for the last week or so - but
it won't go away, whatever it is - your experise and help
would be very much appreciated.

PS. Its taken me a year to find this on the computer!!
