msbb.exe is corrupt

I keep getting a message on my computer which informs me
that msbb.exe is corrupt or unreadable. The file seems to
be located in my internet temporary files folder in a
folder name Content.IE5. I cant seem to delete this file.
Can somebody help me. Cheers Lee
