Please help. My brother has a trojan on his computer called 'bloodhound
exploit 6'. Symantec refered us to a microsoft site to get the removal tool
to remove the trojan. After downloading and then trying to install the tool a
box pops up and says that outlook express 6 must be installed. Well outlook
express is installed allready and the removal tool will not work. Any
suggestions? Thanks in advance, Gary.
