I find it interesting that prior to final release MSAS will have undergone
Beta testing for at least a year but Vista is only scheduled for 6 months of
testing. Vista is very complex much more so than MSAS but will be released
with less testing. Be on the lookout for a Vista Service Pack shortly after
release. At least MSAS will be thoroughly tested. At the present rime MSAS
is Beta and it should not be used as the only Anti Spware program that you
use.

Vista, longhorn has been in Alph for years. MSFT has been working on this
since 2001.

Joe correctly put it that Vista has been in development since 2001, while
Microsoft AntiSpyware has been in beta since January, actually it was put in
beta 21 days after being purchased from the original developer, GIANT.
