No, access 2002 was the last version that worked on win98.
You also can't run access 2003 on a 1981 IBM pc either..(that machine will
not even has a mouse!!).
However, the reverse is quite possible. You can run old dos software from
1981, or old access 1.1, or 2.0 (software that is WELL over 10+ years old)
on a new XP box.
So, the norm for the last 20 years has been that old software can run on
new machines, but new software as a rule does not run on old machines.
