msa64chk.ll run error - newbie help required

Following removal of spyware ,at reboot now getting message saying above
file missing. Believe this is due to registry entry but I'm unfamiliar with
accessing and editing registry -- Help appreciated !!

A similar error after removal of a different bug is fixed after another scan
with Microsoft Antispyware. You might try that.
