MS04-028 Enterprise Update Scanning Tool corrupt Win32_StartupCommand

After succesfull run UpdateInstall.vbs by GPO Computer Startup query WMI
Win32_StartupCommand result contain standard list of files in
%WINDIR%\System32 folder x2 (User .DEFAULT and second copy as
NT_AUTHORITY\SYSTEM) plus standard startup list.
Know anyone how to correct this?
