I am working on my patch management he at the site. Im
using a program called shavlik patch plus to install my
patches. I have a problem with MS03-013. It keeps re
installing it's self. Even if i install it manually, MSBA
still returns it as not being installed. Microsoft said
that this was a problem in KB823103, but im unable to
resolve this using their method. Has anyone else seen this
before and fixed the problem ?

Hi

Have you rebooted? The patch requires a reboot & tools such as MBSA will
not show it as patched unless the box was rebooted
