MS World Formating Problem. Help!

Hi. I'm having trouble formatting an MS Word doc. In page view (and when I
print ) the doc is occupying only 75% of the page, leaving a 2.5 inch margin
down the right side and the bottom of the page. In page set up, I have set
all of the margins to be 1". In the style menu, I have marked the entire
document, selected "clear" formatting, and applied "normal" formatting. None
of this helps. I still have the 2.5" margin down the right side and bottom of
the page.

You have tracked changes or comments in the document (or at least Word
thinks you do), so it's allowing space for balloons.

Go to Tools > Options > Track Changes and set the Use Balloons dropdown to
Never.

It would also be advisable to display the Reviewing toolbar, click the down
arrow next to the Accept Change button, and select Accept All Changes in
Document.

Check Tools | Options | Print for a reference to "Tracked Changes",
Comments, etc., and make sure they're not ticked.
