If you have access <ahem> to a copy of Works, you can save the *data*
in Excel, dBase, or comma-separated-values text format and import that
into Access. You may be able to import the data directly into Excel,
and from Excel into Access.
Any user interface portions (screens, forms) in Works will need to be
rebuilt from scratch - they are totally unrelated to Access forms.

Jim, If that doesn't work for some reason, you can send me a copy and
I'll convert it to either Excel or to dBase file form. I've done that
before for someone, and all you get is the actual data, not field
names, IIRC.
