MS Word Opens with MS Outlook

I have one question for the group, after I loaded the new patches, MS Word
now opens after I open MS Outlook. Anyone have a answer why this would
occur? And does anyone know how I can turn it off?

Does Word actually open or does the winword.exe process starts? The process
starts if you have Word configured as your e-maileditor.

could be as the default. When I have drafted messages before it never
opened the full Word before.

Try a repair on Office and reapply any service packs and updates.
