MS Word - Form Fields - Image Field?

I'm hoping to switch from PDF forms to MS Word Forms in the near
future... there really only seems to be one thing stopping me...

With Acrobat, I'm able to create an image field, that the user can
click on, and an "Insert Image" dialog comes up... the image is then
scaled down and plugged into the image field. It works well, but it's
very slow, and causes problems for users without Acrobat Pro.

Is there any way to do this with a MS Word Form Field? Using Office
2003.

Thanks! :)

There isn't any such thing as an image field in a Word form. I've
written a demo template that uses bookmarks, macrobutton fields, and
macros to enable inserting a graphic file into a locked form, and this
may do what you need. Download the Form_Picture demo from
