In Word Comments - Is it possible to change the Author name permantly AND remove date stamp completely?

I've found a way to do one or the other, but not both at the same time.
Got any ideas?

I know how you can delete it... Does that help?
You click the right mouse button on the file --> Properties --> Details --> Remove Properties and Personal Information
