How do I automatically insert in a document an address from the Outlook
Address book in Word 2007? In previous MS word versions It was possible to
insert the address just clking the address book command in the toll bar. I
could not find this command in the new MS word 2007 beta.

Office button, Word Options, Customize, Select "Commands Not in Ribbon".
You want to add "Address Book" to your QAT.
