MS Word 2002 XP I've Just Had The Weirdest Expierence

Today I was working in a Word document. When I go to insert a letter in a
word (for example, say I wanted to type the word "microsoft" but I actually
typed it as micosoft, leaving out the "r". when I put the cursor after the
"c" and hit the "r" key to add it, it adds the letter "r" but it deletes the
letter "o" that's immediately after it. This is really weird. I've never
had this happen before. I'm thinking I should uninstall the program and
re-install it but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this problem.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide. I know I am not good at explaining
myself so if you need more info please let me know. Thank you!!!

But if you only press it gently, it may not realize that you mean business.

(I'm glad you understood that we were not making fun of you.)

If we don't have a little fun in life, we'd find ourselves in one of those
nice canvas jackets with long sleeves that buckle in the back.

Glad to know you're up and running again.
