MS Streets & Trips 2004

I recently bought the MS Streets & Trips 2004. I
uninstalled the 2002 version and rebooted, then installed
the 2004 version and did as with 2002, I did the full
install. After rebooting i tryied to start the program
and got this message.

"Cannot display the End User License Agreement which must
be displayed and accepted before you can use the
application. To display the agreement, reinstall the
application."

I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and got the same
thing. I let the setup disk repair the damaged files and
got the same thing. Then I installed it on my laptop with
no problem. I tried again to install it on my new desktop
and got the same error.

Can someone help me please?

Uninstall all versions of S&T. Click the following link, or copy/paste the
URL into your browser to download the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/office2000pro/util20/1/NT4/EN-US/msicuu.exe

Double click the downloaded file to install. Start the utility, highlight
any version of S&T shown there and click Remove. Reboot the system and try
installing S&T 2004 again.

Ronnie,

Thanks for the help. I was about ready to take the
program back to the store and get a replacement, and then
i remembered something about the Gateway aplications disk
that had MSWorks and other programs also had Ms S & T, but
an older version and i never installed it. So what you
were saying makes sense that there may be still some of
the old on the system. I'll try it and let you know,

Larry
