Hello there,

Here is my problem,
As an Administrator i can open a JPEG or JPG file but
when a normal user try to open a JPEg or JPG file he can
not open it. I am using Windows 2000 Pro.

when a normal user try to open a JPEg or JPG file he can

Try associating the file extension .jpg to open using
Internet Explorer.
