How do I set up Outlook to receive e-mails automatically without having to
hit the send/receive button?

I just upgraded from Outlook Express and e-mails were received automatically
without me having to hit a send/receive button.

Tools>Options>mail Setup>Send Receive button and Schedule an automatic
send/receive 'Every 10 minutes' or so.
