MS outlook wont save passwords

After upgrading from XPhome SP2....to windows vista premium upgrade, I am
still using Microsoft outlook but it will not save passwords. Any
suggestions?

I rather doubt it since Office XP is now two versions behind, but you
could post in an Outlook newsgroup for more expert information (I'm not
expert in Outlook at all). Try microsoft.public.outlook.general.

I doubt that MS will come out with a fix for Outlook 2002.
They'll tell you to upgrade to Outlook 2003 or later.

More & more I dislike MS and their heavy handed attitude. I just bought
Office directly from MS in March using the Army employee purchase program and
now it won't even work right. What a crock of *^&%!

If you're referring to the inability to save passwords then this is a known
issue that at least for the moment is not going to be corrected as it
requires support for a secure storage mechanism that was removed from Vista.
