I work in a team that shares task lists in MS Outlook. Is it possible to view all the task lists in a single view and if so how?

Cnoble,
Change your view to either a simple or detailed list. From the ribbon select View, Change View. You can customize your fields as well.

Outlook tasks are displayed in 3 locations in outlook 2010 – In the To Do bar, in tasks and daily task list in the Calendar. To view your tasks, please follow the steps are given below:
• In the navigation pane, click Tasks. Click on the tasks to view it in Reading Pane and double click on it to open a new window.

Note: You can easily change task list & appearance by clicking a style in the Current View group from Home Tab

• In ‘To- Do Bar’ task list is at the bottom of the To-Do bar, below appointments. You can get more details about tasks by expanding To-Do bar to open new window.

Note: When you want to show more fewer tasks, then click on the top border of the Tasks list when your pointer becomes

& then drag or down.

Daily Task List appears only in the Day /Week views in Outlook Calendar. To display the current tasks in calendar, on the View tab in Layout groups click ‘Daily Task list’ then click on Minimized button.
