MS Outlook Set Character Length in Email

How to? I've looked everywhere. Need to set line length to 68 characters.

Sue - thanks SO much.

Unfortunately - the slipstick site you referred me to indicates that with
Version 2002 - which I have - the line lengths are broken and they can offer
no advice.

Does this mean I CANNOT set my line lengths in Microsoft Outlook 2002?
