MS outlook not working

Does changing ISP affect us from sending & receiving mails? We did change
our ISP AND THE INTERNET IS WORKING VERY FINE and we did send and received
mails via outlook, but now we can't. could it be from our email service
provider?

Did you change the properties of your mail account to reflect the servers at
your new ISP and your password with them? Check their website for details on
what the information is supposed to be.

If you changed your ISP / mail address you would need to amend the Outlook
accounts, or delete the old account and add the new as appropriate to the
new address & settings
