MS Outlook 2003 - Under Organize

In organize (Outlook 2003) - how do I increase the space to store all my rules.

I'm getting the following:
One or more rules could not be uploaded toExchange server and have been
deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported
or there is insufficient space to store all of your rules.
 
Exchange Server has a 32-kilobyte (KB) space limit on rules storage. On
average, this allows between 40 and 50 rules for each folder. See the
