MS-Outlook 2000 Calendar Format

My calendar starts with Monday on the left, and Sat and
Sun grouped together on the right side. Does anyone know
how to display/print it as a regularly displayed calendar
(all seven days across the top starting with Sunday)?

"Help" should have been able to help.
