Ms Outllook

I put a new os system on my pc and I have an e-mail
account in Microsoft Outlook but I now have Outllok
express. Is there a way to import my address book from MS
Outlook?

Also I dont know how to set up this outlook express.

You would have needed to export the Contact folder to a CSV file format and
then imported it into Outlook Express
