Upon upgrading to Windows XP the Main Identity in MS Outlook worked fine but my wife was unable to switch to her "Other Identity" to see her e-mail. We tried to adjust the properties, but that didn't help. Next, deleted the troublesome identity and tried to create a new identity, but upon switching to the new identity, the Main Identity opened once more. Hence, my wife still can't see her e-mail. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a solution?
My e-mail provider suggested that we delete all identities and start over as the help desk guy said that he had heard of this problem. Yet, one can't delete a main identity and can't view the properties.
Any help anyone can offer would be most appreciated. Thanks.
