I have several users (15) that when using Outlook client they get a Windows
error screen "pop up", Stating MS Office has encountered an error (no codes
or ID) and needs to shutdown. Then Outlook client restarts and works "fine",
some clients do this 2-4 times a day
Here is what I see with the details of the error code
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 12.0.4518.1014 AppStamp:4542840f
ModName: unknown ModVer: 0.0.0.0 ModStamp:00000000
fDebug: 0 Offset: 00000000

I then send the error report.
here are the report details:
EventType : office11alert P1 : 700160 P2 : x P3 : x
P4 : 12.0.4518.0

My Event Viewer show this error after my client restarts (this only happens
to my Outlook client when I open/close a note).

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp 4542840f,
faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault
address 0x00000000.

Now the only difference is I am using Office 2007 pro,(full install Not
upgrade) not Office 2003 like the rest of my users that have this daily
problem.

Event 7001:
ID: 6, Application Name: Microsoft Office Outlook, Application Version:
12.0.4518.1014, Microsoft Office Version: 12.0.4518.1014. This session lasted
202 seconds with 180 seconds of active time. This session ended with a crash.
