MS Network Monitor from the commandline

Hello,

I am trying to schedule Microsoft network Monitor on the command line.
I cannot get it to work, using the article available from
microsoft.com.

It should be start netmon /quickfilter ETHERNET , 001185FDGE99

It doesnot start and how can you specify a capture file ?

Does anyone know. Any help wil be greately appreciated.
