ms money 2005

I am trying to import my data stored on a flash drive to my new computer,
same version of ms money. I get error messages that it is a read only file
or I don't have access to it.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?
 
This is a programming news group. Find one for MS money and someone will
probably help you there.
