MS-DOS Screen Capture in Windows XP

When I upgraded my system from Wndows ME to Windows XP, I
created a major problem. I can no longer capture the DOS
screen with the <ALT> + <Print Screen> keys. I need to
know how did Windows XP modify the DOS Screen Capture. I
appreciate any information on this topic. Thank you.
