Troubled

I have this new problem today... I have no idea how its
came. Its could be because I had installed something which
required a reboot and turned my computer off with the I O.

Anyways, the problem is that when I try to open practicaly
ANY program, the black MS-DOS window open and in a blink
before its close I can see:Program too big to fit memory.
No program will start. I havent changed ANY settings
recently. I tryed to fix it by maxing the parameters in
Properties of programs, and of cmd.exe. Nothings work.

I deinstalled Windows XP, reinstalled it, its the same. I
fear I cant do anything about it...

Please help.

May I had.

I havent installed any new hardware or made any change on
my computer in the days before this happened.

(!) Scan your system for viruses. (Registry settings may
have been altered.)
