MS Contact info re: lost product key

Hi About 1 year ago I purchased Microsoft Plus Digital Media Edition and
obtained the activation key by email from Microsoft. This program came
preloaded in a trial version on my HP Pavilion computer. I did not save a
hard copy of the activation key and my computer just tanked and I had to do
a complete system restore. Needless to say I also lost the saved email that
contained the activation key. Is there a contact at Microsoft I can send an
email to obtain the key again as they should have a record of my online
purchase. I have had no luck finding a real human or even an automated
service I can contact regarding this issue. Can anyone assist or direct me
to the resource I'm looking for.

I'm not so sure they would have a record of your transaction.

Does the error that page will generate representative of the chance they
have of getting their key? *grin*

How did you originally apply for the product activation? Did a wizard pop up the first
time that you ran the program? If so, run the program and reapply for activation. If
not, then got to:
