Exactly the same way. What a stupid question.

What a stupid answer. Not everyone was born with all this information
like you.

The person asked a question and supplied the answer with the question. They should have typed msconfig in Start Run (or help), it's simple logic.

Who showed you how to unlock your front door. Noone, you learnt by yourself. How did you do that.

I had to post to alt.frontdoor.unlock and ask them as I'm not a locksmith and wasn't born with all this information on unlocking doors like them. This is what I said

"I moved into a new place and I have a thing called a lock. In my previous place I'd put the key in the lock and turn to get in. How do I get in my new place?"

David;
Have you underestimated the average intelligence of some OP's posting in
this group again?? Everyone should know that you have to run "MSCONFIG" when
you move into a new house and try to get the door locks to work.
You should also "Format" and "Partition" the back door locks as well.
(Always remember to Defragment the stairs from time to time.)

I only have restore locks for the doors as they were OEM locks.

Well, I suppose that's what you get with a substandard (OEM) version.

Have a Good Day!
(in spite of it all)

exactly the same.

First make sure that you turn off any 'run when windows starts' in the
individual programs, or next time you run it 'manually' it will put the
entry back
