Dell media opens

This program, Dell Media experience, opens at startup and after switching
users.
I have checked and not found reference to this program in:
documents and settings\all users\start menu\programs
documents and settings\me\start menu\programs
system config--auto exec bat
regedit HKEY_CURRENT USER software>>>run

Its a simple click to close but I want to learn where else to look to modify
startup programs.

If you click start--run--type in msconfig--click OK, is it in the 'startup
folder'?

Did you do a search on 'Dell' and check what folders it may be in?

I know what folder its in and I want it therefor occasional use. I just want
to find out why its opening on its own And YES I have performed many
searches using many variables with no location found other than in program
file where it should be..

Only other area I can think of is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES Software>>>>>Run
