MS AntiSpyware Popup Window Flies Off Screen

MS AntiSpyware occasionally creates a small popup window in
the lower right corner of the screen. This window zooms up
the right edge and disappears off the top of the screen -
too fast to read.

I think this is because I have my task bar set vertically
on the left edge of the screen. The app wants to stop when
it reaches the top of the task bar, but since my task bar
isn't there, the window keeps going up. I temporarily
moved the task bar to the bottom of the screen, and for the
first time, an MS AntiSpyware window stopped near the
bottom and was readable.

MS AntiSpyware is the only app that has this trouble.

Yes - this is a known bug if the task bar is on the left or right edge of
the screen. I'm sure this one will be fixed in the next beta version
released--it's one of the earliest bugs I recall hearing about.

I am having the same problem behaviour which seems to be fixed by
moving my task bar back to the bottom of the screen. Seems like a bonafide
bug. Also seems kinda silly that Microsoft would let you move the taskbar
and then make something as important as the antispyware app dependent
on the location of said taskbar...... ::-(

It is a bug. I hate to harp on this, 'cause it isn't really kind to the
original developers, but this application was purchased from a third party
less than a month before this beta began--so there are a few issues that you
wouldn't expect from something developed in-house from scratch.
