MS AntiSpyware IE Settings

Under advanced tools>Internet Explorer Settings when I
attempt to change URL/Page the pop-up is displayed and it
allows me to type in a new one but when I hit OK it tells
me that it has been changed but it does not change on the
settings item list. Why?
