MS Antispyware Does Not Delete Temp Internet Files

I used MS Antispyware Tools to "Erase Tracks" including
Temporary Internet files. It didn't work, they were
still present after erasing. Then I used the MS "Disk
Cleanup" tool which found about 20MB of temporary
internet files (same log-on) and used "Disk Cleanup". It
erased all temp Internet files okay when Antispyware
Tools could not. I verified this by checking all
folders/directories using Windows Explorer.
