i have not used access so for. i have to create my table ,forms and

Mani, you'll have to a) do a bit of work yourself; press F1 and read
the introduction to start with; and b) if you have a SPECIFIC question
(other than "design my database for me") post it here, describing what
you are trying to do and what problem you're having.
