MS Access not running on Windows 2003 terminal server

We have a few MS Access databases that work fine for multiple users on a W2k
terminal server. However, this is not working on Windows 2003 as a terminal
server. We're sure this is an OS issue. A single user of the database works
fine. We need multiple users to run the database. Appreciative of any
advice.

I have A2003 software running A2002-format MDE file on W2003 TS and the
set-up works fine. Suggest you seek help from your network people since
this is certainly not an Access problem.

The senior network admin is stumped. We've tried all Access installations (
runtime and full install, XP and 2003). Quite sure this is an OS issue.

I assumed you have tried running Access on the W2003 TS directly and not
through a client PC?

Unfortunately, I can't say I have experienced fixing this because my
installation worked in the first go ...

What error messages are you getting? What symptoms?

There are no error messages. It just hangs when trying to open a second
instance of the database. I wonder if this has to do with the .LDB (locking
file). thanks
