Access MS Access Label Printing catch

I'm trying to print multiple labels on the Avery 5162 1 1/3"x4" labels at 7 font arial, but can't figure out how to print seven lines per label without reducing the font to 6point. I know it's possible at 7 as the guy who's job I'm pretending to do had it on his computer. I've copied my Options in Access to look exactly like his, to no effect. Help!
