Access MS access Error in Window Vista:The command and Action 'GotoControl' isn't available

Hi,
I am working on migrating MS Access applications from Windows 2000 to Windows Vista.

After installing application (MS Access 2003) on Vista machine and clicking one of the button, it is showing the attached error.

If you need any information, please let me know.

Could you help me out of this?
