There is no maximum number of rows (we usually call them records in database speak). You can find
the various specifications for you version of Access by opening the Help file and searching for
"specifications" (without the quotes).

What is the maximum no. of rows allowed in an Access table?
Access has a maximum total size of 1 or 2 gig depending on the version.
There is no specific number of rows. Many of my applications have over
500,000 records (not rows :-0 ) and many have far more than that.
