Why is it that when I clear my cookies and other files in my temp
directories and all that when I type run cmd pops up? Shouldn't that be
cleared ? Also index.dat in the cookies folder isn't deleted. I don't call
that security.

Right click on the start menu, Properties, Customize
Click on Clear
