MRTG Event ID:1000

I have been receiving the following error in my
application log. I am unclear if this error is terminal
services related or group policy related (which effects
the terminal services).

Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 10/21/2003
Time: 2:14:20 PM
User: N/A
Computer: 2000SERVER
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source ( MRTG )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the
necessary registry information or message DLL files to
display messages from a remote computer. The following
information is part of the event: WARNING: Skipping
Update of 192.168.1.1_2, inlast is not defined.

Are you running a third-party tool called MRTG? I see
http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/ and
http://mrtg.hdl.com/mrtg.html

I don't think this is Terminal Server related.
