MPG and WMV files play auto-zoomed!

These two file types play as if I had zoomed in on a website, only showing
the center part of the video clip. How do i get the video to play and show
everything normally? None of the setting help, even zooming and unzooming
with right click.
 
I actually solved it, it was a diver issue, was using the NVidia WHQL
certified drivers 93.71, now using 93.84, working like a charm.
